Villa's move for Maatsen comes as somewhat of a surprise considering the club are under pressure to meet the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules by 30 June. The report the overall fee to be around £37.5 million ($48.6m/€44.3m). It is a hefty amount of money for the Villans to fork out considering they may still have to sell in the coming weeks.
